We offer 2 types of truffle sauces, the “Classic” and the “Deluxe”.
Although they have a lot in common, they are very different in taste as well. In the truffle sauce Classic the ingredients are cut more coarsely and inside we find porcini and champignon mushrooms, a pinch of olives and pepper, salt, aroma. The truffle sauce Classic is available in 3 formats, 90 grams, 200 grams, and 960 grams, all with 5% truffle.
In the deluxe instead, we have a density almost like pâté with only champignon, EVO oil, summer truffle, salt, and flavorings. In the deluxe sauce, we have 2 formats, the 180 grams, and the 500 grams, but the % of truffle contained changes therefore the 180 grams has 8% of summer truffle and the 500-gram version has 5 and 10% of summer truffle.
They are both sublime in taste
