The 5% pâté line is made up of 4 sauces, one for each type of truffle. Considered the best among our sauces, we have a cream of asparagus with summer truffle, and for the other 3 types of truffles champignon mushrooms. They are all pâté with a characteristic taste, ideal for creating delicious appetizers such as bruschetta or croutons. It can be accompanied by classic pasta and rice but also in main courses of meat or eggs
