The pink label is extra virgin olive oil with a fine white truffle aroma, a delicate oil that can be used everywhere, from pasta to salads. The second one with the white label is double concentrated truffle oil with 0.2% of fine white truffle Magnatum Pico dehydrated inside which, when fresh, would be equivalent to approximately 7 times its weight
