As pasta we have tagliatelle and strangozzi, both of semolina, with porcini mushrooms and 1% summer truffle. If combined with the classic or deluxe truffle sauce and a little Barigelli truffle oil, you have just made one of the best dishes possible, an exquisite flavor is guaranteed!
